Ionannis Ntouskos (aka Dousk) doesn’t do specifics. He doesn’t do little labels or big boxes either. As one of Greece’s primary sonic-underground exports, the currently (progressive) house-focussed legend has become unparalleled in his ability to switch genres like some sort of musical chameleon. And the fact that he’s set to embark on a three-city-tour of India as of today, speaks volumes about how much India’s dance culture has matured over the past few years. With a background in classical piano and jazz, writing is something of a necessity for him—a good explanation for the longevity of his career DJing live across the globe. We managed a quick interview with the stalwart before his tour kicks off to chat about everything between angry mob phobias and why Phil Collins has still 'got the cool.' In case you weren’t too familiar with either the artist or his sound, he’s also made a fantastic session for us that you don’t want to miss.
