Coorg Crumbles Under Heavy Rain, Floods & Landslides – Here’s How You Can Help

Furious rains and landslides have been causing Kodagu, also known as Coorg in Karnataka, to practically crumble onto itself and it took a video clip of a collapsing two-storey building to go viral on social media for the disaster to catch national attention. All major roads and highways to Kodagu had been blocked and massive rescue operations by the NDRF, Army, Navy, rescue operators and volunteers are underway across the region to get people to safety.

As per reports, the rains that had calmed down earlier last week have begun to increase again in Madikeri area, causing the State government to step up rescue missions as 6 people have reportedly lost their life so far.

While the brave men and women continue rescue work on-ground, the people in the relief camps need our help, here’s what you can do:
