Job Title: Marketing Intern

Department: Marketing

Location: Mumbai-based

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including market research, content creation, social media management, and campaign execution. This internship is designed to provide you with valuable insights into the world of marketing and contribute to your professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research:

    • Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

    • Analyze data and provide culture-specific insights to support marketing strategies and decision-making.

  2. Content Creation:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and engaging content for various channels, including social media, editorial posts, and newsletters.

    • Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  3. Social Media Management:

    • Assist in managing and scheduling social media posts across platforms.

    • Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments/messages.

  4. Campaign Support:

    • Provide assistance in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns.

    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns.

  5. Data Analysis:

    • Help analyze marketing campaign performance data to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

    • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing key findings.

  6. Administrative Tasks:

    • Assist with administrative tasks such as organizing marketing materials, maintaining databases, and managing inventory.

  7. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, and editorial to support integrated marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in using social media platforms.

  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts and principles.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Creative thinking and willingness to contribute innovative ideas.

  • Prior experience in marketing or related fields (preferred but not required).

Duration and Compensation:

This is a 3 month internship position. Compensation and other benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
