Hailing from Hajjar, Haryana, Manu Bhaker has made history by becoming the first Indian athlete to win 2 Olympic medals in a single edition.

She also won the first medal for India at the Paris 2024 Olympics. She bagged a bronze and became the first Indian woman to win an Olympic shooting medal — breaking India’s 12 year drought in shooting medals.
