"Fast Dancing For A New India." Bhavishyavani Future Soundz is that little piece of treasure which somehow refrains from being worn down with age. As one of India's premier sonic establishments (that's representative of an alternative culture) they've managed to fight the more common, inverse quality and time relationship and simply focussed on using the experience to put out better parties. In the shimmering glow of their 15th year in this space, the Bhavishyavani crew's Eden Festival and the stellar lineup it boasts of has been the talk of town for a while now. That's why this week's HG playlist features the their journey in tracks over the last 15 years; right from their earliest club days all the way to this very day.
Scroll on to navigate your way through the musical map of their existence.

I. MetalHeads - Terminator :
This one is representative of the earliest of Bhavishyavani's club days. Fast dancing for a new India.

And of course, a tool to scare the psy-trance people.

II. Jeff Mills - The Bells 1997:
One of our early favourites from when techno began knocking at the doors.

III. Clown’n’Sunset - Her String:
sunrise afterparty at Tejas' place.

IV. Cobblestone jazz - India in Me:
This is THE Bhavishyavani classic.
V. Laurent Garnier / The man with the red face - Bombay Tour video
VI. Daft Punk - Teachers

Respect for our elders.

VII. Alex Under
And this was our anthem for being lost in North Goa.

VIII. Octave One feat. Ann Saunderson - Black Water
Detroit 4ever.

IX. Villalobos - Fizheuer Zieheuer
Villalobos demented wedding track.

X. Shimmy Sham Sham! SSS 004 - Side B (Nina Simone)
Something current. This is what's been on repeat in office today : a super edit from Guillaume Coutu Dumont of Nina Simone Funkier then a mosquito’s tweeter.
