In A Historic Win, India’s Kings United Hail As The Champions Of World Of Dance

Mumbai’s exceptional dance crew just made history by winning NBC’s World Of Dance!

The Kings have been creating buzz for their high intensity dance performances in the show. The 14 member crew consist of fairly young dancers often pushing the boundaries with Bollywood inspired dynamic sequences.

Judged by the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Ne-Yo and Derek Hough, ‘World Of Dance’ had quite the nail-biting finale with contesting teams from Canada, Philippines and California.

But the Kings rose to the occasion by performing their enthralling Spartans act and took home the cash prize of 1 Million dollars!

This is touchstone moment for India, especially for a country with such rich and diverse dance traditions and history. It seems the young, fierce and talented dance community of this country is finally getting it’s due!
