Somewhere between bubbling enthusiasm and  a thirst for new experiences, our stomachs/palates hold the rest of our body hostage and demand familiar flavours. We’d be willing to bet that most Indians last about eight days, before the cravings begin and we’d like to say that’s what we were thinking about when we decided to put together this list of the best Indian restaurants across the world.
