Mumbai, A Pop-Up Nightclub In An Ice Factory This Saturday? You In?

Mumbai’s nightlife is getting a new address just for one night. Step into The Palace, a pop-up nightclub experience by Homegrown and Chivas Luxe Collective Perfumes. It's set against the dramatic backdrop of Ballard Estate’s historic IF.BE. On this night, we turn an old ice factory into a furnace of sound, light, and art.

This is a gathering for the city’s most curious and culturally plugged-in. The Palace is where music, art, and indulgence come together under a single roof — one with 145 years of history.

From lush Chivas XV cocktails to genre-defying DJ sets, every element of the night is designed to transport. Acclaimed Ukrainian-born, Dubai-based DJ Masha Vincent, known for her sets at Formula 1’s Yas Marina Circuit, will headline. Mumbai’s own Think Twice bring their signature blend of afro, tech, and eerie beats to round things off.

At The Palace, nightlife is an immersive experience. You'll journey through a visual narrative that showcases a one-of-a-kind Chivas bottle showcase and art installation, drawing from the textures of the itself. A special menu from Native Bombay — a restaurant that merges Bombay’s culinary traditions with modern flair — will keep your taste buds tingling all night.

Once an ice factory, now a crucible for design, nothing represents reimagining better than IF.BE. Its 10,000 sq. ft. space in Ballard Estate is a space between histories and futures — a liminal space where ‘what if’ and ‘what can be’ collide.

IF.BE seeks to foster new cultural languages, champion regenerative design, and celebrate the architectural legacies of Mumbai’s past. For The Palace, it becomes a sanctum for spontaneity.

Together with Homegrown, this night reflects a shared belief: that culture thrives where boundaries blur. From IF to BE, from heritage to homegrown, The Palace is a fleeting moment designed to be unforgettable.
