Of All The Goodest Bois In The Lockdown: Film ‘Dog Days’ Is One To Leave You Smiling

If there’s anyone that is overly joyous about the lockdown and cherishes each day of it as it comes, it’s our furry friends who have been craving our undying attention for long.

Artemis plays the lead in Dog Days, a short film by Shaanan Pereira that portrays the life of his pet dog in lockdown. From Artemis’s adorable absurdities like diving into a bed to his random lazing around, Dog Days manages to capture it all. Set in the comfort of his home, Shaanan shows off all sides of Artemis, including a not-so-glamorous shot of him drooling.

Shaanan works in advertising and has been directing ad films for the past year. Dog Days happened to be his pet project that was able to come to fruition during the lockdown. Letting his creativity loose, he paired the video with unexpected music, giving it that extra playful feel.

Giving us the positivity we need in such times, Dog Days does a spot-on job in bringing a smile on our faces.

You can watch Artemis in all his glory on Shaanan’s Instagram, here.
