You Can Get Coorgi Pork Curry In A Pav, This Weekend Only

Sayli Godbole

Pack-a-Pav is back with the third edition of its gourmet pav-dining series that’s all set to happen this weekend. In case you haven’t heard of ‘Pav With Friends’, here’s what you should know about the event. The organisers invite talented chefs who showcase some really creative work-arounds with the pav as we know it. This time on, home chef Neha Sumitran is all set to get your taste buds tingling with a mod touch to the recipes from her mother’s and two grandmothers’ kitchens.

An avid traveller, as well as a food and travel writer, Neha has spent quite some time exploring local and global gastronomies. Her current interests include experimenting with different foods and giving everyone a taste of her best culinary creations. At the event, she’ll be plating up a pav-version of the Kerala beef ularthiyathu with delicious roasted coconut chips. Surely, it must have been a delight for her to transform a dish that her family has loved – the Enthu Cutlet – serving it with pav. You can even interact with the Chef is you have any questions about the menu, and if you’re lucky, you could even go home with her special recipes.

Pack-A-Pav’s USP has been its many offbeat pav recipes. As a limited edition extension of their core concept, this event will give you a glimpse into their wonderfully creative cooking process as Neha takes over their kitchen. So put down your go-to andaa pav this weekend and head on over to Pav With Friends for some serious experimentation with some of our favourite foods, preferably on an empty stomach!

If you can’t make it, the nice people at Pack-A-Pav have got you covered. Give them a call and just pre-order anything from the special dining menu to have it delivered to you.
