Artist Of The Week| Tejaswi Chanderi

In her 27 years, Tejaswi has dedicated her life to desserts. Her journey began at Le Corden Bleu in Paris where she was trained in the art of fine pastry making to when she set up her own Patisserie, Dzurt in Delhi. Two years later she expanded her repertoire to showcase her skills as a chocolatiere when she co-founded All Things Chocolate. Today she runs both and is completely dedicated to feeding India’s sweet tooth. She wants to be remembered in this world for her hard work and honesty, and of course for her exceptional creations.

I. What would you describe as your perfect day, right from the time you wake up, until you go to bed?

A day where I dont have to worry about whats going wrong at work, but each day is different and comes with its own set of ups and downs.

II. What is your first memory of exploring your medium of choice?

It was a surprise phone call from a long lost friend to create stories in chocolates.

III. What according to you is your best creation?

All Things

IV. What are the three things you are really into, besides your craft?

Watching movies, cooking for family & travelling.

V. What is that one thing, that really annoys you?

Dishonesty.

VI. What is something that you have always wanted to do, and really look forward to doing it some day in your career?

Hosting my own cooking show.
