With safety becoming the priority for women traveling in Mumbai local trains, the Railway Protection Force (RPF) in currently working on an app that sends out a SOS signal just by shaking the phone. Recently, they also incorporated panic buttons in the ladies compartment, which means that this app is the new addition to insuring not only safety but also reduction of crime committed in the local trains on daily basis.
