Keyvan Samimi Convicted of disturbing the public and acting against national security by gathering and conspiring. Samimi is a journalist, magazine editor, and human rights activist. He was arrested in the crackdown on protesters who disputed the 2009 presidential elections. In 2009 he was sentenced to six years in prison and a 15-year ban from social and political activities.
