However, on account of the breadth of the event, it’s easy to get lost amidst the uproar, and never quite make it to the stall you would want to. We have been considerate of your inconveniences, and made it easy for you by providing you with the highlights of the festival.

Here is our list of events at the Indian Cocktail Week that you wouldn’t want to miss out on :

I. Beefeater Garden

The London Dry Gin is creating a gin garden in a secret location. Enjoy the best gin cocktails at this unique space.

Distilled from natural botanicals like juniper, coriander, citrus peel, cinnamon, almond and liquorice, these gins are made naturally with no trace of anything synthetic in it. You can get to sip gins of all flavours in this cosy setup at a terrace garden from the best in town.

II. Bailey’s x Georgia Dakota Dessert Cart

Known for their artisanal baked goods, Georgia Dakota joins hands with Bailey’s Irish Cream to create mouth-watering desserts, sold exclusively at the village.

It is a blend of the exotic Bailey’s Irish Cream liqueur and the healthy, wholesome natural food made by Georgia Dakota, the raw materials for which have been gleaned from Georgia Dakota’s kitchen in Eastern Washington, U.S.A. Both brands have come up with something innovative this year by combining their products which are poles apart from each other in terms of taste. Health food right from grandma’s kitchen meets Bailey’s Irish cream liqueur in this novel venture.

IV. AKU’s Burgers

Grab a craft burger that has already amassed a cult following in the city, a homegrown concept spearheaded by chef-owner Akriti Malhotra.

Promising a profound gustatory experience, the craft burger venture was started by the combined efforts of chef Akriti Malhotra and her sibling. Having interned at Italian fine dining restaurant Diva, Akriti felt that there weren’t enough restaurants in Delhi which served casual and honest food. It is because of this that she started this initiative, which has become a hit with the millenials in the city. You can grab a bite of her creation at the Indian Cocktail Week this year.

VIII. International Bartender Pop-ups

Atlas (Singapore, Asia #5, World#8), Manhattan(Singapore, Asia#2, World#11), The Pontiac (Hong kong, Asia #32, World #93), and Havana Social (Bangkok)- some of the top bars in Asia are flying their bartenders down to do takeovers at bars across the Cocktail Village.

They will stir up their signature cocktails at the event. Havana Social in Bangkok, is famous for its innovative cocktails that star light and dark rums, craft beers and an outstanding Sazerac, a cognac and whiskey cocktail. Forming the heart of Parkview Square, ATLAS is a celebration of the 1920’s rich culinary and beverage traditions. The result is something unique in Asia, a truly grand backdrop that harks to a time when — while their American contemporaries were surreptitiously tippling in underground speakeasies — Europeans were revelling in Deco glamour and unabashed Jazz Age elegance, sampling the finest libations in suitably beautiful surrounds.
