I. After spending 26 years in the corporate world, you switched to a career of service and education.  What drove you to leave everything you know and enter uncharted waters?
II. How did the idea of starting a foundation for poor, uneducated children come about?
III. Given the fact that the statistics of illiteracy produce prolific numbers, creating an impact is always a daunting task. How do you focus your approach without getting too overwhelmed?
IV. A large percentage of students come from broken homes – filled with violence, alcoholism, and ignorance.  To what extent do the schools intervene in a child’s personal life in order to facilitate positive growth of the individual?
V. What are some of the myths/misguided perceptions about slum children that you would like to shed some light on?
VI. You don’t shy away from setting high standards; you chose to adopt the ICSE curriculum and centralize the schools into English medium.  What motivated you to make these decisions?
