I. Dosa Inc.Spotted in Gurgaon
Satya Koniki and Jyoti Ganapathi’s concept of the food truck emerged from a great desire for authentic, hot and fresh South Indian food, which could be enjoyed by anyone from the home to the office. You name it, they have it; idly, vada, and of course, dosa. A lot of these dishes tend to lose their taste in packaging when being delivered, but Dosa Inc. has countered that by bringing themselves directly to the customer. ”The first time we went to a location on a Sunday, we were swamped and soon stocked out. Over time, from that experience and others, a very strong and viable business approach has emerged, which involves us going TO the customer and not going to the same place everyday and wait for customers to come to us. We are the only food truck in the region that is truly mobile. We travel to different residential locations over the weekends and weeknights and to offices & institutions over weekdays.” they said.
