Job Title: Events Client Partner
Location: Mumbai-based
Years of Experience: 2 to 5 years
Core Top Line Requirements:
Managing client relationships with precision and excellence
Leading event planning and execution from concept to completion
Overseeing client communications and expectation management
Translating client briefs into actionable plans for the production team
Ensuring timely delivery of all client deliverables within budget
Roles & Responsibilities:
Serve as primary point of contact between clients and internal teams for all event-related projects
Develop comprehensive project proposals, timelines, and budgets based on client briefs
Lead client meetings, presentations, and progress updates throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure client vision is executed effectively
Manage client expectations and negotiate deliverables within scope and budget constraints
Oversee event execution ensuring all client objectives are met with excellence
Handle client feedback and implement necessary adjustments during planning and execution
Identify upselling opportunities and develop long-term client relationships
Create detailed post-event reports and ROI analysis for clients
Contribute to new business pitches and proposals for potential clients
Maintain thorough documentation of all client interactions and project developments
Requirements:
6+ years experience in client servicing with focus on event management
Strong portfolio of managing lifestyle, cultural, or brand experience events
Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Experience working with premium lifestyle, alcohol, tech, or fashion brands
Strong understanding of event production processes and timelines
Ability to translate creative concepts into practical execution plans
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in high-pressure situations
Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Passion for culture, lifestyle trends, and innovative event experiences
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends during event periods
