Supporting production & fabrication elements with attention to detail
Assisting with event execution and coordination
Supporting vendor management and logistics
Helping maintain project timelines and budgets
On-ground support during event days
Assist in the planning and execution of on-ground and experiential events
Support venue selection, food & beverage coordination, and experiential element setup
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Help track event expenses and maintain budget documentation
Assist in implementing event layouts according to floor plans and safety regulations
Support marketing and promotional activities to drive event attendance
Maintain communication with venues, suppliers, and talent during events
Execute assigned tasks under the guidance of the Event Production Manager
Coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams as needed
Participate in post-event evaluations and feedback collection
Learn and apply the Homegrown voice and aesthetic in event execution
4+ years experience in event coordination or production
Background in lifestyle or experiential events preferred
Basic understanding of vendor coordination and event logistics
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
Good communication skills for effective team collaboration
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
Knowledge of basic event planning tools and processes
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Passion for culture, lifestyle, and creative events
Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to anticipating needs
