Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Leading the Human resource department, and all HR hygiene functions.

  • Developing HR strategies that align with the work culture.

  • Identifying positions that require new hirings.

  • Drafting and developing job descriptions.

  • Coordinating the creation of hiring posts and dissemination of the information across instagram, LinkedIn etc.

  • Coordinating hiring outreach.

  • Facilitating online and/or in-person interviews.

  • Maintaining an employee database of all documentation including offer letters, employment agreements, personal documentation, growth review reports, among others.

  • Facilitating regular weekly team meetings and team-building activities.

  • Executing 360-degree growth reviews for all team members.

  • Drafting and amending company-wide policies including (but not limited to) the annual leave policy, the POSH policy, among others.

  • Acquainting team members with the details of the policies.

  • Nurturing a positive, diverse and inclusive work environment.

  • Addressing and resolving employee grievances.

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Skills and Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience working in human resources.

  • Strong communication and writing skills.

  • Ability to problem solve and be solution-oriented

  • Ability to empathise with the needs of team members while also exercising discernment and assertiveness.

  • Adept at coordinating cross-functional team communication.

  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Strong relationship management skills
