Job Title: Assistant Creative Director

Location: Mumbai-based

Years of Experience: 5 to 7 years

Homegrown is looking for an Associate Creative Director who is proficient in Experiential, Events and Film design and art direction, to join our Creative Team. Our ideal candidate is a quick-thinking, nimble-footed leader who is looking to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the ideation and execution of experiential brand and campaign concepts and projects.

  • Coordinate with copywriters, the design team, and the Art Director to deliver options for creative concepts and ideas for campaigns to the Creative Director.

  • Leading projects end-to-end - from creative concept stages, right through to on-ground production, while abiding by client-specific brand guidelines.

  • Help prepare for and lead client presentations.

  • Reviewing pitch decks prior to client presentations and facilitating feedback integration.

  • Facilitating client communications and resolving client issues.

  • Help refine Homegrown’s tone of voice,creative vision and brand messaging.

  • Collaborates with the Creative Director to develop thoughtful and impactful, culture-forward creative solutions and ideas for both the department and for a wide range of clients.

  • Work to build, maintain, and improve internal and external processes, workflows, systems and policies.

  • Lead, develop and manage a team of junior creative professionals.

  • Maintain clarity of information and good channels of communication with other teams at Homegrown, to ensure that projects are moving forward effectively and efficiently.

  • Lead weekly post production team meetings.

What we're looking for:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a creative agency.

  • Skilled at client and internal communications.

  • Experience creating and delivering pitch presentations

  • A desire to memto and build a team of creative professionals

  • Must be highly conceptual from an art direction point of view, and must always have a rationale for the ideas presented.

  • In-depth understanding of online and offline production.
