For those of us who have tasted Indian filter coffee, a heady mix of frothed and boiled milk obtained by brewing finely ground coffee powder in a traditional Indian filter — few things in the caffeine family compare. And for those who know it as a familiar routine, it’s the littler things that count. First, allow the aroma to intoxicate you with the promise of what’s to come, then, let the bitter-sweet taste of the freshly ground Indian coffee tantalise your tastebuds.
