BDSM Is All Set To Bring An Incredible Lineup Of Electro Funk Music To antiSOCIAL Mumbai

Manasvini Sekar

A high frequency funk mission is all set to bring down the roof at antiSOCIAL on June 6th. Brought to you by Bhaijaan Dance Sound Machine (BDSM), Psychoneurotic Transmission is a set made for electro enthusiasts.

So why should you attend? For starters, it promises a set like no other with strictly weaponised electronics — it’s a night of intersectionality for electro music, funk, and electro break dance. The event is set to start with Reykjavik-born electro funk producer, Volruptus. This will be his first live set in India. Following his set, SPACEJAMS will be deploying electro bass all night long, with CHRMS on closing duties before he flies away to Europe for his tour.

With an objective of adapting the global electro funk culture in India, BDSM is a Party Entertainment Service and DJ Network, for collaboration, and vibe curation. Psychoneurotic Transmissions is their newest curation in bringing together futuristic and familiar sounds to re-invent electro funk culture in India.

In addition to the electro funk beats, Mumbai’s own Pro Breaking Athletic Crew, The Illest will be hosting a circuit break dance boogie at 6pm, to get you ready to groove. With visual Haptics for the night by Breaking, the event is a unique gathering that aims to bridge the gap between electro bass, funk, and other genres of music that make you want to move.

The event, branded as an invasion, is an opportunity for electro, bass and funk lovers in Mumbai and India, to experience Volruptus’s international soundscapes, while also also supporting homegrown artists and curations.
