Minimal yet timeless pieces from Lovebirds studio

Lovebird’s studio is a nascent label borne out of a whirlwind collaboration between two patrons of art, Amrita Khanna & Gursi Singh. The label’s ss21 collection is a plethora of shape shifting silhouettes, luxe vintage garments and accessories that echo a resounding touch of all things grand.

The latest Spring-Summer collection by the label draws on natural elements and marries them with a timeless essence of the designer’s nostalgia of the past. The visuals for the latest drop delve into Chandigarh’s architecture, natural landscapes, and artistic heritage as the perfect backdrop to the fluid, airy and elegant clothing.

“Staying true to our ethos, we embarked on a creative journey where a dissected bark of a tree was transformed into a print, landscapes were given a geometric twist, and our signature stripes were reimagined. The collection was treated with a very abstract film but we kept in mind its wearability factor throughout.”

The designing and ideation of the carefully crafted collection features shapes, structures, clean lines, and forms that are synonymous with the label’s aesthetic and creative vision. The drop also resonates with powerful, contemporary women of today who like their clothing functional, trans-seasonal, and inundating with style and elegance as well.
