The brand’s latest collection Corals Matter sheds light on the importance of preserving the marine ecosystem. Based on coral reefs and a call for conservation, the label emphasizes imparting awareness among its audience about the effects of climate change on coral reefs worldwide and the impact of coral bleaching.
The collection comprises coral applique artwork, hoops and custom embroidered jackets that feature unique designs churned out of denim scraps. The design and coral of every coral reef artwork will differ depending on the selected jacket, hence becoming a personalized piece of art worth buying.
The label has joined hands with a non-profit organization called ReefWatch to launch a fundraiser campaign in India this week. ReefWatch Marine Conservation is a not-for-profit organization, working on projects on the Andaman Islands, coastal Karnataka and Maharashtra.
