Delhi, Enjoy A Movie And Popcorn For Only INR 100 This Friday!

Devyani Nighoskar

Sometimes netflixing at home can be quite a task. You flop down on your bed with a huge tub of popcorn and just when you’ve settled down cosily and clicked the play button, someone rings the bell. Or worst, your mom comes in barging in the room calling for you the very moment there is a suspense scene. A peaceful movie experience at home is quite rare, just like being able to afford the expensive snacks at a PVR. For those of you wanting to enjoy a movie experience without disturbances and snacks that don’t burn a hole in your pocket, The South Delhi Kitchen at Shahpur Jaat New Delhi hosts Movie Nights every Friday, for only INR 100.

Curled up, cuddling couches in their pretty floor seating, you can enjoy an amazing movie experience at the South Delhi Kitchen which also happens to be India’s 1st Community Eating Cafe wherein strangers can share their food & split their bills. This place screens a movie, every Friday, starting 7.30 pm. The cover charge is only INR 100 and includes a cold drink and a bag of popcorn. They also have an affordably priced Maggi, Momos and other snacks on their menu, in case you run out of the popcorn.

Up until now, they have screened Dil Chahta Hai, Chef and Vicky Donor. You can keep track of the upcoming movie nights here.
