An Odia Love Letter: Priyaranjan's New Font Celebrates Odisha's Artistic Heritage

Priyaranjan Sahoo, a visual brand strategist and creative director, has come out with a unique creation — a brand new Odia font. This is a cause for celebration not just for font enthusiasts but for everyone who appreciates the region's culture and its rich heritage.

Designed with passion and love for his home state, Odisha, Priyaranjan describes the font as more than just a set of characters. It's a tribute to the state's distinct identity and the beauty found in its traditional art forms.

While this initial release is a display font, Priyaranjan has hinted at working on a sans-serif version as well.  With enough support, he promises to develop both versions to their full potential.
