V. Ram Ki Bandi
Everyone who has ever lived or visited Hyderabad knows about this place. Located in Mozamjhi market, this was the first late-night eatery in the city established since 1989. They were also the first ones to create variations of dosa that have invaded the street-food scene in Hyderabad over the years. Ram Ki Bandi is the creation of Ram Shinde who wanted to bring fusion gourmet breakfast to Hyderabad. This massive establishment has spread to 11 outlets in the city. Its cheese and paneer dosas have been a heaven-sent breakfast for me and my friends after our raves many a time. Ram ki Bandi is open almost all night till the noon, depending on the outlet.
