In order to pick oneself up from the disastrous year of 2020, special efforts are needed. At a time when we seem to have lost hope, motivation and enthusiasm, it is difficult to provide yourself with the light, laughter and positivity to be able to make it out.

Online creative directory Two Odd and Access Life Assistance Foundation, which is a not-for-profit cancer supportive care organisation, set up ‘Sowing Seeds For A Better Tomorrow’, an installation using vibrant flowers juxtaposed with the concrete floor, as their way of proving how contraries, too, can create beauty together.

“We created an installation to express gratitude towards every organisation that has been working relentlessly to create and sustain something so exceptional in these trying times,” says team Two Odd.

Also a sign of hope for the new year to be prosperous, the installation aims to uncover hushed conversations around vulnerable and overwhelming feelings – feelings that make us human. It also promotes the idea of normalising visiting homes as at the end of the day, meeting and getting to know special human beings is an experience no one should be devoid of.
