Work From Museum: Bangalore, Ditch WFH & Head To The Indian Music Experience

It all began back in 2020, when a virus came along and shunned us all inside our homes. One of the only regular reasons to go out – work – was quickly reduced to our desks, or for some of us – our beds.

Two years later, we still live in the COVID-19 reality. Work-from-home (WFH) is something of a norm (as much as some wish it was a thing of the past) and seems like it is here to stay. Sometimes, though, we just might require a break, a new set of surroundings, and the Indian Music Experience Museum is giving the people of Bengaluru just that.

With their work-from-museum (WFM) initiative, remote workers can now visit the museum, not just for a wander around, but to actually work out of their facilities.

“Since our interactive museum is so vibrant and surrounded with greenery, we thought of inviting working professionals to experience a change in environment that would spark their thought process.”

— Manasi Prasad, Museum Director, Indian Music Experience
