What better place to see your passion for cars manifest in the flesh in India other than the Auto Expo event? The Auto Expo is the biggest automotive show in India, held once every two years. After a miss last year due to COVID-19 restrictions, the much-awaited event has returned after three years to India Expo Mart in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Renowned automobile manufacturers such as Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Kia, MG, and Tata have showcased their upcoming products on the first day of the event yesterday, while a range of anticipated unveils have taken place today. India's biggest automobile manufacturer Maruti Suzuki has revealed the much-anticipated Maruti Jimny 5-door and Fronx (YTB) SUVs today. Also, MG Motor has also showcased the EUNIQ 7 hydrogen fuel-cell powered MPV.
Today Toyota unveiled its stunning flagship luxury SUV, the Land Cruiser LC300. Motorcycle lovers fret not! Keeway introduced the SR250 motorcycle at the 2023 Auto Expo with a starting price of Rs 1.49 lakh (ex-showroom). It draws power from a 223 single-cylinder engine that makes 16 bhp and 16 Nm. Many exciting new unveils await in the remaining days by famous automobile companies such as Kia India, Hyundai, and Tata Motors.
The Auto Expo 2023 began on January 11 and will continue till January 18. The first three days are not open to the public and are reserved for the media and business houses. The expo will be open to the general public from January 14 to January 18. The timings for January 14-15 are from 11am-7pm and the timings for January 16-17 are from 11 am-8 pm. The last day is the shortest when visitors will be allowed only till 6 pm.
