We all have days when we just have enough buzz to enjoy a nice drink sans alcoholic indulgence –days when you have to attend an early morning meeting the next day but the idea of a good Rum & Coke sounds too tempting. Now you don’t have to worry about hangovers or drinking too much at the expense of a cocktail.
Svami, a homegrown brand has taken up to the challenge to give the best buzz without the booze with their new range of non-alcoholic ready-to-drink beverages.
The endeavour is the brainchild of three seasoned drinkers – Aneesh Bhasin, Sahil Jatana and Rahul Mehra, who want to extend the pleasures of a good drink to a larger audience, mostly those who don’t indulge in alcohol. “From day one, Svami has been about great tasting drinks. We have always believed that you do not necessarily need to have alcohol in a drink to make it complex and enjoyable and that’s what we have created with our new range. These are also great options to consume anytime so you are not just limited to sugary colas and packaged juices. There are a lot of people who do not consume alcohol, there are people who just want to take a break from alcohol and some who might want to stop after their first drink. We are offering a new alternative to all such people, ” says co-founder Aneesh Bhasin.
Their range includes the good old reliable friend – Rum & Coke, which is a low-calorie cola flavoured with vanilla, caramel and cinnamon, Gin and Tonic, which has been crafted with classic botanicals like juniper and different citruses and berries, and Pink Gin and Tonic, which is crafted with strawberries along with botanicals like juniper and different citruses.
All of these beverages are 100% alcohol-free and taste exactly like their old-fashioned boozy variations.
