An exciting pop-up is coming to Bangalore on the 23rd and 24th of this month, under the umbrella of the Bangalore Design Festival, which will be on till the 2nd of December 2018. Curated by Virja Shah, the founder of Kit and Caboodle, and Sarayu Hegde, founder of The Bombay Attic – the ‘Museum Of Everything’ will house a range of environmentally sustainable and ethically crafted products, from clothes to home decor.

“Our curation tries to encompass the Indian heritage and textiles yet keeping the aesthetics very contemporary and international so as to appeal to a wide audience. The collections are an easy flow and don’t promote or follow trends so as to encourage conscious purchases while building a pattern of minimal living and fashion you can wear forever,” The duo tells us.

They curated brands with specific values in mind for the exhibition. They tell us, “We chose brands that act with integrity and are responsible towards the environment and their consumers, those that understand the environmental impact of all their activities.”

The line up includes jewellery, home decor, artwork, garments and more. Brands like Joli, known for their upcycled bags and accessories, and Aditi Anuj with their origami lampshades will be present. The team is also excited about beautiful home products made of recycled cork narrating tales on Indian Heritage made by Outline and jewellery made by glass artisans through the brand Aadikara.

Check out the pop-up in Bangalore on the 23rd and 24th of November at Kafnu, The Residency, from 10:30 am onwards.
