Throughout the month, Veronica's will be inviting trailblazing local coffee roasters and cafes to showcase their unique blends and brewing techniques while also putting together a special Coffee Takeover menu to showcase unique blends and brewing techniques.
This means a fresh, rotating selection of specialty coffees for you to explore. Whether you're a die-hard pour-over aficionado or crave the comforting warmth of a velvety latte, the Coffee Takeover promises exciting new discoveries every month. Plus, during the takeover weekend, you can take a piece of the experience home by purchasing freshly ground coffee beans directly from the featured roaster.
The inaugural Coffee Takeover weekend kicks off this Saturday, March 30th, and Sunday, March 31st, 2024, and will feature bai mu dan, an arisianl coffee shop from Pune. Veronica's will be serving a specially curated menu designed by bai mu dan, featuring beverages that are sure to tantalize your taste buds like Ginger Bread Cookie Lattes, Clouded Matcha, Oat Milk Matcha Boba, Coffee Boba, and Raw Cacao Cafe Lattes.
On this Sunday, March 31st, Dinshay Luthiya, the visionary founder of bai mu dan, will bring his passion for coffee to the city as he spearheads the Coffee 101 workshop at Veronica’s. Drawing from years of experience and a profound love for both tea and coffee, Dinshay offers participants a glimpse into the intricate world of coffee selection and preparation. From identifying the perfect beans to mastering brewing techniques, attendees are guided through a journey of discovery, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to become discerning coffee connoisseurs in their own right.
Moreover, patrons can prolong their coffee journey beyond the confines of Veronica’s by purchasing freshly ground coffee from the featured brand or restaurant during the takeover weekend, ensuring that the experience lingers long after the last sip has been savored.
