Photographs have the ability to evoke emotions unlike any other, they can capture unique perspectives, cultural icons and paint a story in every picture. In that vein, we have curated a list of street photographers using their unique lenses to artistically craft extraordinary images from otherwise ordinary, everyday scenes.

I. Aayushi Bansal

Working her magic through the camera lens and striving to create an incredible body of work is Aayushi Bansal, an experimental artist who is creating a storm with her work in the fashion industry. Promote fashion as art through photography, Aayushi’s work ranges across a diverse medium of portraits and photo series. II. Gong Gangmei

Hailing from Manipur, India, Gong Gangmei describes himself as a multidisciplinary artist who finds joy in experimenting and challenging himself by creating things that beyond the conventional realm of artistry. Highlighting the hip hop mania and streetwear culture of India, Gong’s visuals provide an up-close and personal experience for the viewers. Gangmei’s Instagram reflects captivating film shots of rappers like Yung Raja, enthralling concerts and a celebration of the free-flowing dimensions of art, pop culture and youthful energy brimming on the Indian streets.

III. Samrat

Samrat, an enthusiastic photographer, videographer and art director believes in conceptualizing each shoot and takes inspiration from various everyday scenarios as well as his music, which in itself is versatile in range. After gaining a little momentum with his photography and direction, he ventured into video making and editing. As a freelance photographer, Samrat also experiments with fashion and street visuals.

Creative direction, versatile portraiture and an avid Instagrammer, Kirti keeps her follower base updated with her latest projects, album sneak peeks and all that jazz. The artistic powerhouse has worked with notable industry biggies like Rajakumari, Kavya Trehan and many others. Venturing into avenues of set direction and music videos, Kirti combines mixed medium and storytelling in all her projects, allowing her to dive deeper than commercial projects and focus on the larger scheme of things.
