We came across this curation on the Instagram platform, Her Hustle Talk, where they give a stage to hustling women entrepreneurs. Our love for cafés knows no bounds, and so we thought it would be apt to share the same with our readers. With complete thanks to Her Hustle Talk, let’s get into Bengaluru’s top cafés!
Yes, Bengaluru is great for its breweries and beer –– we all know that. Beyond that, the city still has much to offer from its Central Park-like Cubbon Park to some of the best cafés to relax –– a good ol’ cup of coffee with a side of whatever fills your stomach for a few hours only ever did someone well.
Note: One of the cafés from the original list has been closed, and hence, has been replaced by a new one by us.
I. The Green Theory
At: 15, Convent Road, Residency Road
This quaint café in an old bungalow came to be nine years ago. An all-vegetarian space, The Green Theory has built quite a reputation over the years and garners customers from all over the city.
This pet-friendly café caters to all your continental cravings and serves you top quality preparations in a wonderful outdoor setting. With pho, pasta, soups, burgers and even Indian dishes, Green Theory’s menu is hearty at the least. Of course, they don’t go wrong with their beverages, either.

III. Third Wave Coffe Roasters
At: Multiple locations - Indiranagar, Bellandur, Koramangala, HSR Layout, Whitefield, Sadashivanagar, UB City, Ashok Nagar
Hear, hear, coffee lovers! This chain of cafés has to be at the top of your list when you are craving a piping hot cup (or two) of some top tier coffee. Third Wave rose to popularity not too long ago and shows promise of staying this way for quite a while.
The cafés began as an attempt to introduce India to specialty coffee with the perfect brew and caffeine kick. Aiding a ‘third wave movement’ of great coffee, this spot has you covered for all your coffee needs –– from brew to blends, and single origin to organic. You can also pick and purchase coffee by its roast level.

IV. Zoey’s
At: 114/1, Kodathi Gate, Sarjapura Road, Opposite St Patricks Academy
If there’s anything Bengaluru residents look for, it’s time and space away from the city’s traffic. Nestled away in Sarjapur is Zoey’s, a cute and aesthetically set up café that serves some lip-smacking food. Pasta, burgers, pizzas, pancakes, waffles and so much more –– we are yet to come across a bad review.
A perfect spot to click some adorable pictures with friends and family, Zoey’s is doing everything right –– from food to ambience, and everything in between.

V. From Hill To Station (Earlier ‘Hill Station’)
At: Kothanur, near Legacy School
With a personal bias towards this café, it is safe to say that this is one of those places you might end up sitting for hours on end with good company. The super-friendly staff, too, is always ready to help you out with all your needs.
Famous for its pancakes, brownies, cookies and pasta, the café’s beverages are up to the mark, as well. Iced teas, coffees and sodas alike, Hill To Station provides an overall fun and easy-going experience. The ambience for a space as small as this is top-notch.
